Need help finding shampoos!

Posted in Group:

I am allergic to corn and soy and I am having a very hard time finding shampoo and conditioner that are volumizing that are free of corn and soy. Any advice? I have tried going with a regular shampoo and my fine hair gets really bad.

The only thing I can think of it check out your local natural foods and natural products store. I hope this helps. If you don't have a local maybe go online to order it.

Oh I just though of something, if you have no luck there, give your food allergist doc a call to see what he knows of where to order products or get products.

Whole foods has NOTHING! I can try the allergist office, but they are not very helpful.

I looked at every single product on drugstore.com. Some possibles, but had to email the companies to double check on some ingredients. I think I checked out WEN too. The issue is, glycerin and citric acid are in nearly every single shampoo on the market!

And I went to the local HF store and 2 beauty stores and drove home in tears. Then I stopped at the commissary and picked up some food, and found Dove volumizing conditioner, which looks like it fits the bill, only their shampoo does not.

Wow still no luck after all that work. Maybe look online how to make your own natural shampoo just a thought but that would be hard.
