Good evening. I am new here but I was diagnosed about 3 months ago with 34 different food allergies. I did really well at first. I cut out everything I am allergic to, but then I went on vacation and couldn't stand it. I ate out. I feel so sick when I eat foods I am allergic to. I get headaches and my body increases inflammation. But it is SO hard. Is anyone else experiencing these type of difficulties? Trying to stay away from allergens? I feel like eating out is going to be something I can never do again. But I am SO tired of rice...

I have a friend who is vegan as well as soy, corn and gluten free and she is an amazing cook and she even goes out every once in awhile! There are tons of cookbooks, websites that breakdown ingredients based on resturants, and online recipes out there. So the great news, rice is not the only option! Check out the Allergen Free Baker's Handbook-my friend swears by this book and I have tasted many recipes and they are delish!
